Frequently Asked Questions

Overview

  • In We.Dash the funnel focuses on lead conversion and complex sales analysis. The "harvest funnel" concept does not apply the same way; past data is handled according to each view's rules. The dashboard prioritizes marketing and sales funnel metrics (leads, opportunities) for data-driven decisions.
  • Funnel metrics on the dashboard (Leads, Qualified Leads, Opportunities) are counted primarily from marketing platform data, due to email identification. Ad managers may use different attribution windows and rules, which leads to different numbers. This does not indicate an error in either platform.

General

  • Origin: categories such as Unknown, Direct, Facebook, Google, Instagram, Linkedin and others. Mapping uses utm_source keywords (e.g. GOOGLE → Google, FACE → Facebook). Media: categories such as Paid Search, Organic Search, Unknown, Email, Referral, Social, Direct Traffic and others. Mapping uses utm_medium (e.g. PAGA → Paid Search, ORGAN → Organic Search). Processing considers word variations in the same category.
  • Yes. Suggestions are always welcome. When suggestions can be used by other wedash.digital clients, they can be added to our roadmap and developed at no cost. When demands are specific, we may charge for development based on the hours required.
  • Reports are updated once a day. Every day at 08:00 they are updated with the previous day's data.
  • Comparative values in the dash compare with the same number of days selected in the filter. If you select 30 days, the comparison is with the previous 30 days. If you select 7 days, with the previous 7 days. Example: selecting the period 01/04 to 15/04 in the dash, the comparison would be with the period 17/03 to 31/03.
  • Some screens depend on the strategies and systems used by the client and may not always be enabled.

RD Station Data

  • Dashboard data will almost always differ from RD Station, and this does not mean there is an error in either platform. Main reasons: 1.1) Leads deleted in RD Station are not removed from the webhook database. 1.2) Test emails are disregarded on one side. 1.3) Closed months affect reports differently. 1.4) Imported leads do not go through the webhook unless mapped for automation.

Google Analytics Data

  • Some screens depend on the strategies and systems used by the client and may not always be enabled.
  • Google Analytics and Power BI may differ due to approximate measures, sampling and differences in unique user counting. The We.Dash dashboard consolidates data according to configured integrations. For critical decisions, we recommend aligning period and scope criteria with your team.
