How will we secure your data?
Wedash is a Business Intelligence (BI) platform that compiles data from our client's main media channels and is very concerned with the security of your personal data. It implements all measures suggested by the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) in its Guide for Small-Scale Data Processors, including a variety of technologies and security procedures to help protect your information. To use the Platform, Users will register and are responsible for the accuracy of the data provided: Company Name, Tax ID, full name of responsible party and email. To ensure your information is stored in a secure environment, the platform uses AWS Amazon servers with restricted access. This company only has access to your data to store it when you provide it to Wedash. Use of this server may involve international transfer of your personal data to the United States.
How will we secure and process your payment data?
For payment processing, your data will be sent via API and handled by the independent Asaas platform, which is responsible for payment processing. We will not have access to your banking data and use this third-party platform to ensure security in financial transactions.
Whose data is collected by the platform?
The data collected will be from the platform's clients and users.
What data do you need to provide when registering?
When Users register we will ask for: For Administrator User: Name and email. For Client User: Company Name, Tax ID, full name of responsible party and email.
Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
Wedash is the processor of personal data for the company that contracts its services. The platform only provides tools for integrating marketing and sales performance data from Client Users' digital channels for better business performance, allowing visualization of data from multiple platforms at once. Users can insert personal data via integration with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads, Pipedrive, RD Station, HubSpot and Ploomes. Wedash may process this data in a standard way during use. The contracting party (Client User) is the controller. Wedash does not use this data for purposes other than those contracted. In some cases Wedash may be considered controller, mainly regarding data collected from the contracting party to provide the contracted service, as set out in this Privacy Policy.
With whom do we share your personal data?
The company that contracts Wedash, as controller of personal data in its account, has access and decision-making power over the information inserted on the platform. The platform only operates the data. The contracting company, through its Administrator User, is responsible for the security, processing and appropriate sharing of this information. Except as set out in this Policy, Wedash does not share your data with third parties unless required by law or court order or with the data subject's consent.
Will your access records be collected?
When you access our platform, we collect your access records (date, time and IP). This information is kept by Wedash under confidentiality for at least 6 (six) months, under Law 12.965/2014 and Art. 7, II, of Law 13.709/18.
Will communication records be stored?
We store all conversations you have with us through our channels to improve and make our service more efficient.
How will your data be processed?
All your data is processed for specific purposes and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law. Details are set out in a table in our Privacy Policy.
What are your rights?
Even after providing your personal data, you have the right at any time to: confirm that your data is being processed; access your data; correct your data; anonymize data; block or delete unnecessary or non-compliant data; request data portability; delete data (except where required by law); obtain information on with whom Wedash shared data; obtain information on the possibility of not giving consent and its consequences; and revoke your consent.
Can these conditions change?
Our Privacy Policy may change, but you will always be able to access the latest version on our platform. If we take any action that requires your authorization by law, you will be notified in advance to accept or refuse.

PRIVACY POLICY
Before accessing the Wedash platform, it is important that you read, understand and freely, clearly and informedly accept this Privacy Policy.
This platform, named Wedash, is owned, maintained and operated by BOWE LTDA, a limited liability company, registered under CNPJ No. 19.463.933/0001-43, with its headquarters at Avenida Belarmino Cotta Pacheco, No. 08, Room 01, Santa Mônica District, CEP: 38.408-168, in the city of Uberlândia, state of Minas Gerais.
The present document aims to provide information on the collection, use, processing and storage of data provided by Users and is in compliance with Law No. 12.965/2014 (Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet) and Law No. 13.709/18 (General Data Protection Law).

2. EXPLANATION OF TECHNICAL OR FOREIGN LANGUAGE TERMS
Controller: Natural or legal person who makes decisions on personal data processing. Cookies: Small text files stored on the user's computer. Encryption: Set of principles and techniques to cipher writing. Personal data: Information related to an identified or identifiable natural person. Sensitive personal data: Data on racial or ethnic origin, religious belief, political opinion, health or sexual life, genetic or biometric data. Officer: Person appointed to act as channel between controller, data subjects and the ANPD. IP: Unique identifier for each computer connected to a network. Operator: Entity that processes personal data on behalf of the controller. Data processing: Any operation performed with personal data. User types: Administrator User and Client User, as defined.
3. USER PRIVACITY AND THIRD-PARTY DATA PROCESSORS
Wedash implements ANPD-recommended measures. The platform uses AWS Amazon servers. Payment data is processed by Asaas. Servers are located in the United States. Access records are kept for at least 6 months. Users are responsible for the information they insert.
4. DATA COLLECTION
Data provided by User: For Administrator: Name and email. For Client: Company Name, Tax ID, responsible party name and email. Contact history is stored. Wedash is the processor. The contracting party is the controller. Users can insert data via integration with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads, Pipedrive, RD Station, HubSpot and Ploomes.
5. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
By accepting this policy, the User agrees that the platform processes their personal data. Company name / Responsible name: Legal basis – legal obligation, legitimate interest, contract. Purpose – invoicing, fraud control, communication. Tax ID: Same. Email: Contract execution – login, registration, communication. Access records: Legal obligation – 6 months under Law 12.965/2014.
6. SHARING OF USER DATA
Only strictly necessary persons have internal access (BackOffice, BI and Technology, Product, Sales). Data is shared with: AWS Amazon (storage); Asaas (payments). The contracting company as controller has access and decision-making power. Wedash does not share data with third parties except as stated or by law or court order.
7. PLATFORM CANCELLATION, ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION
Wedash may block or restrict access when inadequate conduct is detected. To cancel, the User must send a request to contato@wedash.digital. Upon cancellation, data is deleted immediately and permanently except where retention is required by law. When the Administrator User cancels, data is available for .xls download for 30 days and then permanently deleted.
8. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
The data subject has the right to: confirmation of processing; access; correction; anonymization, blocking or deletion; portability; deletion of consent-based data (except where required by law); information on sharing; information on not giving consent; revocation of consent.
9. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY SITES
Our platform may contain links to third-party sites. When following a link, the User should check those sites' privacy policies. We are not responsible for those policies.
10. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
Wedash may add or modify clauses. The updated version applies from publication. Continued use after publication confirms acceptance. If consent is required, the User will be offered the option to accept or refuse. The User may terminate if they disagree, without being released from obligations under prior versions.
11. PRIVACY COMMUNICATION CHANNEL AND GENERAL PROVISIONS
Wedash, as a small-scale data processor, is exempt from appointing an officer (CD/ANPD Resolution No. 2/2022). We provide the channel contato@wedash.digital for matters involving personal data. Wedash has Terms of Use that form part of these Policies.
