We have done our best to simplify the rules of our platform. Below we have set out the most important points for you, which can also be read in full in the Terms of Use below.

What do we do?
We are a dashboard platform that integrates marketing and sales performance data from Users' digital channels for better business performance, allowing visualization of data from multiple platforms at once.
Is our platform paid?
Users must contract Wedash services and pay for the chosen plan; prices are always shown before contracting. Billing is by subscription (monthly or annual). The plan renews automatically at the end of the period and the User may cancel at any time before the next charge.
Is it safe to use our platform?
We strive to keep our platform secure, but we recommend installing antivirus and protection software before downloading any content.
Can these conditions be changed?
Our Terms of Use may change, but you will always be able to access the latest version on our platform. If we take any action that requires your authorization by law, you will be notified in advance to accept or refuse.
What happens to personal data?
We have a Privacy Policy that explains what we do with your personal data. It is very important that you read and understand that document as well!

TERMS OF USE
This platform, named Wedash, is owned, maintained and operated by BOWE LTDA, a limited liability company, registered under CNPJ No. 19.463.933/0001-43, with its headquarters at Avenida Belarmino Cotta Pacheco, No. 08, Room 01, Santa Mônica District, CEP: 38.408-168, Uberlândia, Minas Gerais.
This document aims to provide information on how Users may use the platform, its tools, conditions, nomenclature, rights and duties, and to preserve User privacy. Please read the text carefully; if you do not agree with our terms and/or privacy policy, do not continue to browse or use our services. We recommend that you save or print a copy of this agreement, including all policies.
1. DATE OF TEXT AVAILABILITY

2. EXPLANATION OF TECHNICAL OR FOREIGN LANGUAGE TERMS
1. Definitions: Dashboard, Login, Online, Virus. 2. User types: Administrator User, Client User.
3. SERVICES
1. Wedash is a dashboard platform integrating marketing and sales data. 2. User actions are free of Wedash influence. 3. Users may rate the platform (1–10) and leave comments. 4. No employment or partnership relationship is established.
4. USER REGISTRATION
1. Required data: Administrator: Name and email. Client: Company Name, Tax ID, responsible party name and email. 2. Account created by Wedash backoffice. 3. One account per User. 4. Registration only for persons over 18. 5. Users must provide accurate information. 6. Wedash may refuse, suspend or cancel accounts.
5. PAYMENT FOR USE OF THE PLATFORM
1. Subscription billing, renewal and cancellation. 2. Right of withdrawal: 7 days with full refund. After 7 days, 8% fee on cancellation. 3. To cancel, contact contato@wedash.digital. See Privacy Policy for personal data.
6. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES
Wedash: perform services, maintain platform, inform of changes, SLA at least 90%. Users: use in accordance with terms, respect laws, back up data, be liable for their actions, not bind BOWE without authorization.
7. LIMITATION OF WEDASH LIABILITY
Wedash is not liable for: platform unavailability not caused by it; User conduct; false information by Users; third-party actions, network failures or viruses; misuse; force majeure.
8. RULES OF CONDUCT AND PROHIBITIONS
Users may not violate rights, hinder use, use for illegal purposes, insert false data, or hold Wedash liable for other Users' conduct. Non-compliance may result in blocking or exclusion.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Ownership belongs to BOWE LTDA. Access does not grant any IP rights. Exploitation, copying, reverse engineering, etc. are prohibited. Violations may result in civil and criminal liability.
10. PERSONAL DATA, PRIVACITY AND SECURITY
Wedash has a Privacy Policy that forms part of these Terms. Platform usage data will be retained as required by law.
11. ACCESS TO THE PLATFORM
Despite best efforts, technical issues may cause incomplete information or malware. Wedash recommends antivirus. Wedash may modify or discontinue the platform.
12. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Wedash may modify these Terms. The updated version applies from publication. Continued use confirms acceptance. If consent is required, the User may accept or refuse. The User may terminate if they disagree.
13. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Platform is operated from Uberlândia, MG. Wedash does not guarantee suitability for other locations. Applicable law: Brazil. Exclusive jurisdiction: Uberlândia/MG, Brazil.
